Lane Law Settles a Hurricane Ida Claim For More Than $1M

Lane Law recently settled a Hurricane Ida claim for more than $1 million involving an industrial property in southern Louisiana, helping the policyholder recover more than double what the insurer originally paid.  As with many commercial and industrial claims, Lane Law attempted to expeditiously resolve the dispute without litigation.  Although suit was required to be filed due to statutory deadlines, Lane Law was able to favorably resolve the case within only a few months after inception of litigation, allowing the property owner to get back to work.
